Production Process

Design and mold opening:

3D modeling, CAD completed the structure including True-X layout, 420mm wheelbase, 7mm arm thickness, 3mm plate thickness, etc., and conducted force simulation to optimize the layup.

Preparation of carbon fiber prepreg:

3K carbon fiber + epoxy resin prepreg, fiber content 55%-65%; cut the fabric according to the layup plan, thickened in the main load-bearing area, with ±45° layup for torsion resistance.

Hot press curing :

The autoclave is maintained at 130-150°C and 0.5-1.2 MPa for 5-15 minutes to cure; after cooling, demold and trim the flash.

CNC precision machining :

Precision cutting of the arm, bottom/top plate profiles; drilling of motor mounts, flight controller holes, and camera mounts; precision machining for flatness and perpendicularity.

Strict quality inspection:

Three-coordinate measurement dimensions, hole position/axis distance tolerance ≤±0.1mm; overall appearance free of cracks, delamination, scratches; ultrasonic flaw detection, static load test.
