Pre‑production Sample Workflow for Carbon‑Fiber Frames & FPV Motors
Requirement Submission：
Share your detailed specifications, technical drawings, testing goals and special modification requirements. You may provide frame dimension, mounting‑hole demands, motor KV target, shaft size, LOGO artwork and other custom parameters.
Quotation for Sample：
Our engineering team reviews your requirements. We will send a formal sample quotation covering prototype cost, tooling expense if needed, estimated lead‑time and shipping options for your reference.
Payment Confirmation：
Confirm sample order details and complete payment. Once payment is received, our team arranges production schedule for your custom prototype.
Prototype Production：
For carbon‑fiber frames: CNC cutting, surface finishing and laser LOGO engraving. For FPV motors: Component assembling, parameter tuning and shell processing. Strict in‑process check during manufacturing.
Quality Inspection：
Every sample goes through full‑item inspection: dimension measurement, appearance check, motor thrust & vibration testing. Only qualified prototypes will proceed to packing.
Sample Delivery & Feedback：
Ship samples by agreed shipping method. After you receive and test samples, collect your feedback on structure, performance and appearance. We will adjust accordingly for follow‑up mass‑production.
Important Notes For Prototype Samples
Please note that pre‑production prototypes are used for function, structure and appearance testing only. Minor visual differences may exist between prototypes and final mass‑production goods. Sample‑related tooling charges may apply for brand‑new structural custom requests. Sample freight cost is borne by the buyer. Sample fee can be deducted from your subsequent bulk order when reaching the required order volume.

Q: Are sample fees refundable?
A: Sample cost can be deducted from your subsequent bulk order when order quantity meets our requirement.
Q: How long is custom sample lead time?

Q: Can I get completely free samples?
A: We do not provide free custom‑made prototypes. Stock reference samples are available upon consultation.
Q: What is the MOQ for samples?
A: Sample order MOQ is 1‑2 pcs for prototype testing.
Q: Can I mix frame and motor in one sample order?
A: Yes. We support mixed sample orders for carbon‑fiber frames and FPV brushless motors in one shipment to save your freight cost.
Q: Can I modify the sample after the first prototype is finished?
A: Modification and second revision prototype are available. Adjustment cost and lead‑time will be re‑quoted based on your new change requirements.
