Our Full‑Cycle QC Workflow
Our quality management follows standard IQC‑IPQC‑FQC‑OQC procedures covering raw material through final shipment.
Verify carbon‑fiber sheet thickness, texture and surface condition.
Inspect motor magnets, copper windings and electronic components for defects.
Check connector, PCB and sensor specifications for flight controllers.
Reject non‑compliant materials to avoid quality risks in downstream production.
First‑article confirmation for every new CNC carbon‑fiber frame batch.
Periodic sampling during CNC cutting, motor winding and soldering processes.
Monitor machining tolerance, prevent carbon‑plate chipping and hole‑position deviation.
Remove defective work‑pieces immediately on production line.
Dimensional measurement, crack & scratch inspection, hole‑position accuracy check.
Thrust test, dynamic balance, winding resistance and no‑load performance testing.
Power‑on test, sensor calibration, full‑interface connectivity verification.
Power‑system matching and simulated vibration test to reproduce high‑vibration flight conditions.
Random batch sampling according to AQL standards.
Appearance and packaging inspection for export logistics protection.
Verify model, quantity and accessories against customer order.
Batch inspection reports are available upon buyer's request.
Inspection Scope By Product Category
Quality Assurance Commitment
Every batch of our FPV & UAV products follows standardized quality‑control workflows. We implement multi‑stage inspection throughout production, assembly and packing, to deliver stable‑performance goods for distributors and global buyers.
1.First‑article inspection for every new OEM order
Before mass production of any new OEM project, we perform full first‑article inspection. We verify dimensions, material quality, assembly fit and functional performance to confirm all specifications match your requirements before serial production starts.
2.Batch‑wise inspection records available upon request
Complete test logs and batch inspection reports are kept for every production lot. You can apply for relevant inspection records for your incoming‑quality‑check and local compliance work.
3.Re‑work & elimination for non‑conforming parts
Defective or non‑conforming components will be either reworked to meet specs or directly scrapped. No unqualified parts will flow into final assembly and finished‑goods packaging.
4.Strict export‑grade packaging to avoid transit damage
We adopt export‑oriented shock‑absorbing inner padding, cartons and stretch‑wrapped wooden pallets. Special reinforced packaging is available for fragile carbon‑fiber drone components to reduce transportation damage risk.
5.Pre‑shipment full‑sample random sampling test
Random sampling functional test will be carried out before shipment, covering thrust test, IMU calibration, power‑on performance check for finished drones.
6.Traceable batch‑number management
Each finished batch carries unique batch code. We can trace raw material and production information for after‑sales issue troubleshooting.
FAQ
Q: Could you provide inspection reports for my order?
A: Yes, batch‑level inspection reports can be issued upon your request before shipment.
Q: What is your standard tolerance for CNC‑cut carbon‑fiber frames?
A: Standard tolerance ±0.05 mm for carbon‑fiber machined parts. Custom tolerance requirements are acceptable based on your engineering drawings.
Q: Do you test motors for every unit or sample‑test only?
A: Critical performance indicators are sampled per batch; key parameters of finished motors are spot‑checked. For high‑volume tactical‑grade projects, 100‑percent testing is available as an extra service.
Q: Do you accept third‑party inspection before shipment?
A: Yes. We support third‑party inspection arranged by buyers at our factory before shipment. Please notify us in advance to schedule the inspection window.
Q: What will happen if non‑conforming items are found during production?
A: Defective parts will be marked and isolated immediately. They will either be reworked if repairable or scrapped. Defective units will never be mixed into qualified‑goods batches.
Q: Do sample orders follow the same QC standard as mass‑production orders?
A: Samples adopt the same inspection criteria as mass‑production goods. For special‑custom prototype samples, we will note known minor limitations and inform you in advance.
