FAQ

 

1. Can this motor run continuously at 100% throttle full‑power?

100% full‑power is peak instantaneous power. Sustained full‑throttle operation will lead to sharp temperature rise and shorten service life. We suggest avoiding long‑time full‑power work.

2. Are test reports and inspection records available for bulk orders?

Batch‑wise inspection records can be provided upon request for bulk orders. Thrust test data in datasheet is based on QF 1507 three‑blade propeller lab test.

3. Can I cut the motor power cable shorter on‑site?

You may cut the cable, but you must strip and tin the wire ends before soldering. Direct soldering on varnished wire without tinning will cause poor connection.

4. What is the maximum allowable operating temperature for the motor bearing?

The upper limit of bearing temperature is 100℃. Continuous operation above 100 ℃ will accelerate bearing wear, generate noise and shorten service life.

5. Why does internal resistance value change in different ambient temperatures?

Winding resistance will shift with temperature changes. The 45mΩ ±3% value is tested under standard room temperature. Large‑batch deviation caused by temperature fluctuation needs re‑confirmation between both parties.
