Xpert is pleased to announce that the customized 18-inch heavy-lift FPV drone has successfully completed full-performance load and endurance testing at our factory laboratory, achieving stable and outstanding flight data under no-load and heavy-load working conditions. All technical indicators fully meet customer customized requirements, and the drone is now officially ready for shipment.
In this professional performance test, we recorded accurate and reliable endurance data for the 18-inch industrial FPV drone. In no-load state, the drone achieves an ultra-long flight time of up to 70 minutes, demonstrating excellent power efficiency and stable aerodynamic performance. Under the standard customized heavy-load condition of 12kg payload, the drone still maintains a continuous flight time of 20 minutes, with stable hovering, smooth acceleration and deceleration, no jitter or power attenuation during the whole flight process.
This custom 18-inch FPV drone is independently developed and manufactured by Xpert, adopting high-strength reinforced carbon fiber frame and high-thrust customized power system. It is specially optimized for heavy-load delivery, industrial inspection, aerial survey and other industrial scenarios. The whole machine undergoes strict dynamic balance calibration, high-temperature aging test and full-flight simulation detection before delivery, ensuring reliable performance in complex actual operation environments.
The successful completion of this load test fully verifies the superior heavy-lift capacity and reliable endurance performance of Xpert's large-size FPV drone series. It also proves our strong customization capability in meeting customers' personalized industrial UAV solution demands. At present, the drone has finished all factory inspection procedures and is in full compliance with delivery standards, ready for official delivery to the customer.
