1.Fully automatic servo winding with no manual intervention throughout the process

1.1 The system pre-loads the dedicated program corresponding to KV, accurately locks the number of turns per slot with an error controlled within ±1 turn, and ensures the resistance difference of three-phase windings is ≤2%.

1.2 The equipment winds the wire at a constant speed, with real-time dynamic tension adjustment, preventing copper wire breakage or loose coil stacking.

1.3 Using high-temperature-resistant 18AWG pure copper enameled wire for winding reduces conductive loss, with controllable temperature rise during heavy-load prolonged flight.

 

2.Why does the winding process directly determine the quality of the motor?

2.1  Pull and Endurance: Neat wiring layout and balanced slot fill rate improve electromagnetic conversion efficiency by 5%-12%, delivering greater thrust and lower power consumption with the same battery, extending long-range flight duration.

2.2 Temperature control and durability: Copper wires are arranged without overlapping or congestion, ensuring smooth heat dissipation. Capable of continuous full-throttle flight with 6S without overheating or demagnetization, suitable for prolonged tasks like surveying and heavy-load operations.

2.3 Low-vibration aerial photography: Three-phase windings are symmetrically and evenly arranged, the rotor rotates without eccentric magnetic force, and factory dynamic balancing ensures more stable footage for film and TV aerial shots.

2.4 Long-term stability: The coil is compact and does not loosen, with the insulation layer resistant to wear in high-vibration environments like drone crashes or high-altitude conditions, significantly reducing after-sales repair rates.
